Terms of use
My guestbook is at your disposal for greetings and hints. Please choose a polite and factual tone for your entries.
I do not tolerate entries with immoral or unlawful content, no discrimination, disparagement or glorification of violence. I therefore reserve the right to delete contributions from the guestbook which are sexist or racist, fall under the Youth Protection Act, personally offend someone, or violate applicable law.
I also ask for your understanding that I do not accept advertising content and links. Entries containing foreign websites and e-mail addresses will be deleted.

Disclaimer
The use of the guestbook is always at your own risk. For illegal, incorrect, or incomplete contents and in particular for damages resulting from the use of the guestbook, the publishing user of the respective entry alone is liable.
The entries in my guestbook are accessible to everyone worldwide. It is therefore advisable that you carefully review your entries before publishing. In your own interest, check your entries for any information that is not intended for others or that violates the rights of others. Your comments are usually also found by search engines. So they are also available outside of my website. I am not obliged to correct or delete entries.

Privacy and copyright
The e-mail addresses entered in the form will be visible to other guestbook users. Further information on data protection can be found here.
The authors of guestbook entries retain the copyright to the contributions they have written, but grant me the right to present the posts permanently on www.jans-in-scripts.org.
